Satellite and TV Reception
Some communal satellite dishes and TV aerials have been fitted for TV reception. Consent will not be given for the erection of any individual satellite dish on the external wall of any flat or on the roof. The external walls and the roof belong to BHP Ltd.
A service cable from Virgin Media is expected to be available to each property through which some SKY channels are available, but not all. Potential buyers should satisfy themselves before buying that their chosen channels are available through the systems in the individual flats.
