(Restrictions imposed in respect of the Property)

Throughout this schedule, references to the Remaining Premises refer to the other houses and flats on the whole of Bebington Hall Park Estate.

1) The Property shall be used as a single private residence for the occupation of one family only and for no other purpose whatsoever.

2) No piano or other musical instrument gramophone wireless loudspeaker television set or mechanical or musical instrument of any kind shall be played or used nor shall any singing be practised in the Property so as to cause annoyance to the owners or occupiers of the Remaining Premises or so as to be audible outside the Property between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. nor shall anything be done or permitted to be done in or upon the paths driveways or forecourts of the Bebington Hall Park Estate which shall or may be a nuisance to the owners or occupiers of any of the Remaining Premises.

3) No name writing drawing signboard plate or placard of any kind (except a name plate not exceeding sixteen inches by eight inches or a notice advertising that the Property are for sale) shall be put on or in any window in the exterior of the Property or so as to be visible from outside the Property.

4) No motor car or cars cycles perambulators carts invalid carriages or other vehicles shall be driven at an excessive or dangerous speed or be placed or remain upon the communal areas drives paths forecourts or parking areas in a manner likely to cause inconvenience to persons using the same and no vehicle caravan or boat shall be serviced or repaired on any drive roadway forecourt or parking area of the Bebington Hall Park Estate.

5) No vehicle other than a private motor car belonging to the Purchaser or his family or a visitor to the Purchaser shall be parked on any part of the Bebington Hall Park Estate and any such vehicle shall not be parked in such a manner as to cause a nuisance or inconvenience or annoyance to the owners or occupiers of the Remaining Premises.

6) No invalid carriage chair bicycle perambulator parcel refuse rubbish or any article whatsoever shall be left or permitted to be left upon or obstructing any part of the Bebington Hall Park Estate.

7) No child or other person (being a person under the Purchaser’s control) shall loiter or play in any entrance hall passage landing or staircase of the Bebington Hall Park Estate

8) No child or other person as aforesaid shall play ball games on any part of the Bebington Hall Park Estate

9) Any garden or ground forming part of the Property shall be properly cultivated and maintained free of weeds and in good and tidy order

10) Not to interfere with or allow interference with nor disturb nor allow disturbance of flowers fruit trees or vegetables in the gardens of the Bebington Hall Park Estate nor to plant nor allow the planting of anything therein without the prior written consent of the Management Company

11) Not to waste or permit to be wasted any water supply on the Bebington Hall Park Estate

12) Washing clothing and bedding may be put out in the garden of the Property but not put out through any external window or in or upon any common parts of the Bebington Hall Park Estate
